Gentlmen, and I use that term loosely, 7 of the 8 areas surrounding the Morell Bank are runied (or can't be because they're a carpark or a street). Only the Leggetter Motel (NW of the bank) is in operation. I threw 30 AP at it, but it's still at heavy.
