I am currently running a typical coteaz list with multiple NDKs etc but I was wondering if it was possible to be competitive utilizing AV14 and even Paladins at 1500 or is that too low of a point limit to fit it.

Land Raider Crusader w/Psybolts

Psyrifleman Dread


Exactly 1500 points


Draigo and Coteaz roll with the Paladins in the LRC, 3rd acolyte squad goes in the regular LR to sit on the home objective.


Anyhow, any discussion would be great don't worry you won't hurt my feelings if you rip this list apart lol.

I really prefer foot slog to raiders but changing that will change your whole list so I guess leave it as is.

Depends how much in your meta can crack av14 or not I guess.

Could do with AA. Raven with psybolt assault cannons and hurricane bolters, multi melta is a very good gunship

Well, you have too less models in your army. Two LR will not save you the day.

Yeah I guess it will depend on how much other lists can deal with AV14. I do run a storm raven with my regular list but I think this list wouldn't be THAT bad for AA with the dread and rerolls on the psycannons in the paladin squad but I see what you mean.

Is there any competitive list out there that uses both Coteaz and Draigo? If only GW lowered the point cost I hate leaving my Pallies on the shelf lol

Yup, my regular list uses Coteaz, henchmen, 2-3 NDK and 1-2 Stormravens. I don't use my PAGK in that list though.
