You have definitely got all the fluff bases covered.

Sadly If you are against a competitive opponent your army consists of 2 soulgrinders and a bunch of guys who will waddle around waiting to get killed should they stray to close to the enemy's line around turn 4/5. The fact that nobody can run means you are very unlikely to ever make combat with your plague bearers or GUO.

The best use for GUO I've seen so far is carrying a grimoire and babysitting backfield objectives (requires kairos and daemon princes or something else worth grimming)

You might benefit from Plague Drones with Icons to Deepstrike in the Plaguebearers and the GUO up the field. Otherwise you're essentially foot slogging under a hail of fire.

While I would love to be able to take a Herald on a Plague Drone, the Plaguebringer isn't that far from one at T5 3W. It can be safe enough if you're going for a big squad to take a Greater Reward on him if you pick your targets. (As in avoid S10 )

Mono god lists are hard to pull off however, I wish you luck with it.

This, and you will need to bring multiple squads since your tactic is quite reliant on it. I'd say 3 squads of 3 or 2 squads of 6.
