This looks really good to me, I just have a couple suggestions.

First, you might be better off without Trazyn in a competive list. He's a cool SC with some neat special rules but without a weapon with armor penetration, he's only ok. You get stuck in a unit with 3+ saves or into a challenge and he's not very effective. On the other hand, Arankyr in a CCB is great and it might be worth considering dropping both your HQs for him.

Second, if your intent with the RC of 3 DestrucTek is to go solo or mount one of the GA's, you might want to consider only taking one RC and putting all 4 DestrucTeks in the same unit. 4 DestrucTeks in a GA makes for a really nice combination. Just have a unit of warriors walk and embark the Crypteks on your first turn.

Lastly, putting a cryptek with the unit of immortals is a little unncessary. If you want to shoot at a vehicle with the guass, you probably don't need the cryptek shooting as well. If you are shooting regular personnel, the Cryptek becomes overkill. My suggestion would be to put a lord with a res orb with all those units, you will have more survivability that way.

I like list two as well.

A suggestion:

Switch one of the Immortals to Tesla, switch their RC member to a challenge Lord (WS/SW/RO). Make them the Phyrrian Immortals. This will give you one scoring unit you can be more aggressive with. Bleed the points off the other troops, probably.

Well, the lists don't look bad. I'd prefer list 1.You'll need to keep the enemy at arm's length which is not always possible when you face a fast moving army, say with some Maulerfiends, Bikes or Spawn.

For my Royal court, I listening Warmonger2757, my Royal Court will be independant and not attach to any squad.

ShadarLogothMade thx i forgot to change one Immortals Squad on Phyrrian Immortals

And for the Tesla weapon, I already get the Flyer and the Annihilation Barge. No?

Well, it's more to allow them to take advantage of being Phyrrian's. You're not likely to charge with Rapid Fire weapons without a Phaeron in the squad. However, with the Tesla Weapons being assault, you can step forward, unload, and charge. Don't understimate what 10 Furious Charging Immortals can do to a unit after they have softened it up with some Tesla fire.

A few things I noticed. I think you have about 2 too many crypteks. There really isn't much of a situation where 5 crypteks would be useful. Also, I would suggest not having the phyrrian squad in a flyer, switching them to tesla and putting them as ground troops. This allows you to have a unit that is on the board from the beginning that can do some serious damage to whatever comes your way before the other night scythes get in. Overall, pretty good lists.
