Just a list that I've been working on for a while, I wanted to see what people though about it.
I tend to play games against Tau, sometimes with Tau... Sometimes with Tau, against Tau.
So let me know what you think.

Wraithblades with a spiritseer and/or farseer are great, but you really need 10 to make the squad work. Drop the storm guardians on foot to get more blades.
Drop runes of witnessing from the farseer, and give em the guardian helm. He is your warlord, so he needs it the most(unless your keeping the seer back with the reapers, in which case you probably want him with the blades). The special spear is ok(to replace the pistol, you still may want the witch staff for combat against some enemies, and you can only shoot one weapon) but can be dropped for more wraithblades.
Rest looks good.

Wraithlord: Scatterlasers, two flamers- 160
Night Spinner: Holo-Fields- 125
Total:1471
I tried to 'trim the fat' for you to put more models on the board. Eldar units don't need that many upgrades anymore and this way you have more models and more shots coming at them from the first turn. I've liked wraithguard much more than wraithblades, being able to battlefocus with wraithguns is poowwerrrfulll. From here I would spend points on beefing up your wraithguard, guardians, or WRJB.

i like list above a tad bit more. storm gardians need to get close, and are in trouble if their not. in a wave serpent there fine, but reguler gardains are pretty much good whenever.

Hey there.
Coming from a both a Tau and Eldar player, I'd say it looks good.
It looks like your playing to their weakness, with a pretty CC based list.
"Wraithblades with a spiritseer and/or farseer are great, but you really need 10 to make the squad work. Drop the storm guardians on foot to get more blades." -Dr. Serling
I'd actually disagree with you here, wraiths are expensive, and I think this list has enough of them for a 1500 to get the job done. Any more and you'd probably want to replace the Farseer with yet another Spiritseer. And if you throw in the Wraithlord, you've got enough T6-8 units already that even a Tau player will struggle to put down.
As far as concerning your army in general, Two Scatterlasers on the Wraithlord might not be the best choice. I think you'd be much better off with higher Str weapons, any will do. And perhaps just one, not two. This is just because the Wraithlord wont be "front line" because of his slow speed. He shouldn't be used for a prime gun battery, leave that to the reapers.
Only other thing is your mobility, besides the Jetbikes and serpent, your really lacking anything with substantial speed. With the guardians low range, it may be best to get them a serpent too. Perhaps drop the wraithlord.

Nightspinner + Crystal Targeting Matrix = Win. I take one just for Tau:
Turn 1: Move 12", Turbo 12 (or 18 I forget which right now, no rulebook in front of me), Torrent Flamethrower their precious gunline behind an aegis and given the deploment of tau most of the time trying to maximize their threat range...thats a BUNCH of dead Tau

Thank you all for the comments
Dr. Serling:
Dropping the storm guardians won't get five more wraithblades, they are a bit too expencive to have 15 wraith units in a 1500 point list. That makes a third of the list wraiths.
I prefer to have the spiritseer with the wraiths and I want to keep him protected, all of his powers have a use when in a squad of them. I usually hang the farseer back to guide/precience the reapers/wraithlord.
Helvost:
I think you have misjudged the usefulness of the Guardian Helm and the Runes, i find them both pretty useful. (The spear not so much but the model has a spear. Plastic Farseer with the Hemlock Wraithfighter spiritseer pilot head.)
I don't know what you mean with the guardians...
And i only have 5 wraithguard at the moment... Besides, I'm not sure shaving off all of the upgrades are worth the two more models...
ninjafiredragon:
I use the Storm Guardians because I find them really useful. People underestimate them a lot and that makes them useful. For example in the last game i played they caused three wounds to a riptide and won combat with it. (The guy we were playing said that it was fearless. We later found out that it is not...)
With tau, things like battlesuits generally get close enough to you for you to charge. People forget that storm guardians can do things.
Warfang:
Thank you, I agree with you on the first two things.
I am using two bright lances for the wraithlord, so I'm not sure what you mean by saying that two scatter lasers wouldn't be the best choice...
With the mobility, I'm not sure about what I would do about it... I don't have any jump models, the only fast attack I own is a Hemlock.
qballony/ninjafiredragon
I like the idea of the Nightspinner+Crystal targetting matrix. With a 42 inch threat range turn one is pretty strong. Though, i'm guessing that it would become a massive target on turn two.

Well, if you mainly battle Tau, I'd go for a Serpent spam list. I battled Tau twice in RTTs and in both bames almost annilated them.
My army usually includes three Serpents with troops (DAs or Guardians), two Serpents with FDs, and some Warwalkers (maybe outflanking). The tactics is to approach the Tau army first targetting the marker-light toting Pathfinders. When they are killed, Tau will have a hard time to down the Serpents.

I got to go for now. But i'll look this over and come up with a good 1500 point list that would be a good starting base for you.
Are you willing to proxy anything using models you already have?

Seriously though. Don't stop asking for warp spiders until you have 20. I have 20 and building up to 30 so I have more options

My bad with the Wraithlord... Wrong list
Mobility still is going to be problem. Most Tau layouts include a good mix of everything, but if you come across a heavy Crisis list or even certain Farsight bombs, that could be a very hard game to win. All you can really do is focus on the slow troops and therefore denying him objectives.
Even a stock squad of warp spiders (I wouldn't go overboard) for just less then a hundred points can make a huge difference. Once again your going to have to proxy that though.
I have always been just fine with one or two stock warp spider squads with these type of lists. I use them for tackling anything faster then the Eldar. They are also good at harassing and mental wars, as well as having a deep striking unit can never hurt.

Okay so I have a general consensus of Warp Spiders and Wave Serpents.
Are the War Walkers still Valid or are they not worth it?

Warwallkers are always worth their points if you keep them save. I suggest to take 3 with scatterlasers guided by a Jetseer.

I've never used War Walkers before... But i was thinking to do Scatterlaser walkers.
Thing is- What is best for them, Outflank, Infiltrate or just standard deployment.
And what equipment would you take, i thought that Star Engines seemed the most obvious.
What do you think?

star engines are expensive. i run em flat with just their heavy weapons. scatters are good if you have enough anti av, but nearly always with my list i am, so i usually run them with bright lances. it also hurts riptides.
if they know how good war walkers are (surprisingly most dont) then oustflank them, because they are a high priority target. If they are an average opponent then go ahead and deploy them regulerly. keep them back though, only get close enough to be in range. the funny thing is, the closer the war walekrs get to the enemy, the more their shot.
