Hey guys im looking for some help here, im using citadel pains and using liquidx air brush medium and im trying to follow this tutorial

but my colors are not coming out as good as his, mine are a lot more....wet? how much paint to liquidx medium should i be using i have a feeling that im not using nearly enough paint

You really can't over-thin with medium - but you can make your paints a lot more transparent. I wouldn't worry too much about that.
Based on what you've said (since there are no photos to go on) I would say that you should add more pressure and/or cut back on paint flow. Liquitex medium will tend to go on more wet than, say Vallejo Model Air (which is what I think he's using). Just be patient and build up your color slowly.

So with the jallejo air paints are they good to go right outta the bottle? like i can put it in my airbrush and go. because i really want a thick paint like what he is useing

Vallejo Model Air should still be thinned slightly, especially for doing something like a flame pattern where multiple layers need to be semi-transparent. You do not want to use thick paint in your airbrush; it lends host to a range of problems.

eh about....3 weeksish? give or take a few days haha, still trying to find the right amount of paint to medium for what im looking for in my airbrush paints.

That's what I thought. Don't give up if you don't get the results you're looking for immediately. It's a skill that requires practice. The more you do it the better you'll get.

Right now i still need to get the mixture right for my paints, and the fact i have a really cheep airbrush right now does not help, i figure if i can get the results i want on this PoS, ill move up to a nicer one
