Hi guys, after buying a set of boyz and a trukk. I realise that I made a big mistake, I made 4 sluggars, 4 shooter, 1 nob, 1 big shoots and rocket launcha. I needed 13 more models to make a 2 squad lead by a nob.So I found some toy models and cut of the arms and made it into a ork model. IS this legal. Below is the toy model and below when is the shoots boy I made.

Depends where you are playing. I'd allow it, no problem.

It depends on what you mean by 'legal'. Would most opponents respect it? Probably, since it has the right weapon and is thus WYSIWYG. But, as far as tournaments go, some of the more stringent ones sometimes require that a model be 60% GW products. Your's looks to be 30% abouts.
I'd say use it and paint it, and just mention to a few opponents what it really is, and I bet they wouldn't miss a beat and say it's fine.

Will other players accept it and is it allowed in GW stores?

So gw does not allow using unofficial models to play in their store.

That would be rather obvious. Would you allow people to play at your store without using the models from your store?

Poor ignorant guardsmen, it be but one of many of the great miracles of the Emperor! The Emperor is magic, like Harry Potter, but more magic! A most real and true SPACE WIZARD! And for the last time... I'm not a space plumber.

I'd allow it. I think it's great that you made one using just what was at hand. As far as GW stores, it depends. I have two close to me, my favorite just closed. They not only allowed non-GW models but encouraged serious conversion, including using LoTR minis.
I think people are overly concerned with being self-appointed rule enforcers. Don't over think or over stress. In my experience, it's only a few on the interwebz that have issues like that.
In the real world, people are chill. They appreciate a good conversion, and good effort. People just want to play. Relax, don't worry, have some gratuitous slaughter.

You mean like every non GW store? lol
As for the model, its not bad and most people would allow it(especially if its painted). However, IF you want to play at a Tourney or at a GW store you're going to need the GW official model because they are very strict on their brand and promoting it. at a tourney though its purely up to whoever is running the event, most GT flyers i have seen mention anywhere from "50% official GW model" all the way to "75%."

Apparently not. According to the manager at my GW store, their policy seems to be that they don't allow anything that can't be purchased from a GW store.
