Hire as many play testers as I could afford. Have them all play for at least a month, 12 hours a day, 5 days a week. Rotating armies, net lists, fluff lists etc... Hire people to record the results meticulously, every detail. Emperical data only, no bias, no opinions.
When its all said and done, use the data to correct flaws in the game. Increase/decrease points for units based on effectiveness (inside and outside codex), FAQ the holy crud out of everything, etc etc...
Keep aforementioned play testers, and create a company rule that all future codex have to be play tested intensely/continuously 60 days before launch.
Oh and drop model prices 20% across the board. Keep the fast release schedule (slow it up just a little).
Same here, except i'd aim to release more armies, E.G Dark and adeptus mechanicus. And make every single damn unit viable instead of useless junk for one role.

I would bump prices down by 20% (if i can get cheap arab oil as plastic is made from oil)
Then perform a public exicution of mat ward (with the GW chainsword)
then fill the GW rhino with tau models and drive home with it
then fire all of the staff (apart from the 'eavy metal and white dwarf ones)
Let forge world get their own office instead of a shed in the car park
use the FW shed to keep mat wards corpse in
then have a birthday bash for the sake of it
then drink mead (from bugmans bar) and pass out

Lower prices back to those of around 2006/2007. Those always felt reasonable to me. I'd also have codices be written by the entire studio, not one mook. I'd also re-open the forums for FAQ and rules discussion, and declare Forge World to always be legal, since it's somehow incredibly confusing to some people that it somehow isn't. Also, dump the Lord of the Rings/Hobbit license.

With nowhere to call a home
Start their singing, singing
Waiting through the summertime
To thaw your hearts in wintertime
That's why they're singing, singing |

Reasonable to you as a consumer perhaps, but I have a feeling once people really see the other side of the coin and where all that money goes the tune will be a little different.
They are. The name of the author(s) is just the lead dev(s) on that book.

I dig the idea of the forums, but that'd take more than a day. FW would be a nice touch and I'd do the same for all the stuff in the range honestly, and as for the LotR/Hobbit stuff, that's likely locked in by contract and can't just be "dumped".

If I ran GW for a day and had significant interest in the company, I would claim ownership of the word 'laser' and initiate legal proceedings against every science fiction author who has ever used it. Bad press in the SF community only ever helps GW's stock price. I would release a new supplement for Fluffy Sticky Characturius, illustrated in lavish crayon and free from baffling photos that set unrealistic standards for workmanship. The entire contents of the supplement would be a data sheet for a WS 10 BS 10 T 10 A 20 W 10 Sv 2+ eternal warrior 2+ rerollable invulnerable save flying infantry IC who can be used in any army and only requires a base to field him (he has a USR about not needing a model since he has automatic LOS anywhere on the board with his S10 AP1 multiple large blast weapon). The supplement would be 2 pages and cost 170 GBP, $200 USD and $600 AUD on the Apple iTunes store. I would commission price elasticity studies on dirt in bags, pebbles in blisters, urine cup scenery, currency from South American countries as objective markers, and Barbie Dream House Imperial Battlements.
If I ran GW for a day and did not care about the stock price, I would immediately release all the models as open source 3D files and have my attorney hand the company an invoice for whatever is in the treasury payable on demand. The next day, I would purchasing a large number of injection molding machines in whatever country has the lowest safety standards and cost of labor. The next day, I would proceed to sue GW for claiming ownership of the files in a district court in Clark County, NV. Then I would wait 30 days for them to fail to respond, and get a judgement that declares these items are public domain. From there, I would put out a new business where models cost ~$1 USD and go on a promotional tour where no one shows up, with video games now using the same 3D models.
