The bjorn is very unorthodox but the ancient tactician and his incredible survivability makes me want to include him in my list
His model is also badass

I would go with list one. Rune priests are much better, and although I personally love Bjorn as well, he is simply too expensive to field at 1500 points.

Why are you using special weapons squads? Put those melta in your infantry squad and save tons of points

Are you going all power axes for your guard squads?
Why not take a unit of long fangs with x4 ML?
Wouldn't it be better to drop the upgrades from the CCs,
and buy an ageis defense line with quad gun?
Would it be better to drop the SWS and take 2 sqds of GH,
with melta and combi meltas in a drop pod?
