So what is the current status of Cadia? Is it's surface completely taken over by Chaos forces? If so, how are Cadians able to train elite soldiers like before?

The main Imperial Forces have withdrawn to the far side of the planet, while a Warp Storm is preventing ships from dropping off more reinforcements by messing with the entire Cadian Gate. The Pylons are beginning to crack as they hold the Warp Storm in orbit and try to stop Abaddon from summoning more Daemons to the planet.

Current BL and GW do not acknowledge any resolution of the 13th Black Crusade. In current 40k, The 13th Black Crusade is only just starting and BL authors have stated that it is forbidden to make mention of the store campaign and all its results in any publication.

I really like the idea of the 13th Black Crusade being "ongoing" rather than "any second now...". We CSM deserve the results of the campaign and some major presence on the galactic arena, rather than the "disorganised warbands" gak.
