Does anyone have any idea how much the games workshop 10 year space marine veteran statues go for.

I hate lance weapons and so does my land raider

Here is a link to my new ebay store miniatures of the millennia. We buy and sell second hand war gaming miniatures mainly warhammer 40k. There is not much listed at the minute as we are waiting on ebay to lift there limits on us and then we have loads to list. Take a look

I dunno but it's probably best to sell it after Xmas at this point when people have either got some gift money and recovered from buying other people presents.

Its someone selling one. I am just trying to get an idea of how much they go for. I cant find any sold on ebay. They have never been available to buy and you only get them after working there for 10 years. So its hard to put a value on it.

Seriously, not a clue. The only one I can find on E-Bay was first on at £2500, then went down to £2000, but still didn't sell, so they were both overpriced.

IMO £20 at most. Probably more like £5-£10. Unless you earned it then its no more than a slightly unusual SM mini.

Stick it on eBay at 99p with a reserve of £10 and see what happens. You might find a die-hard collector but it's really not a collectors item.

I am surprised. its never been out for sale and you get it for 10 years of service. If you check ebay there has never even been one sold. There has been one listed in America but they had it up for £2500

"Never" for ebay's completed auctions search last I checked is 60-90 days. It may be a bit more accurate to say that one hasn't been sold in the last few months.

Lol you learn something new every day. I did not know that warboss. I thought it just searched any existing sold items that meet your search criteria

Personally, i would probably give £25-30 for it, but cant see it being worth the thousands people will expect.

When I left GW I tried to put my 5 year veteran jacket, pewter mug and all my staff t-shirts up on Ebay but GW kept having them taken down.

I finally did sell the jacket and mug off a forum, but the shirts I just tossed in the trash. Some of them went all the way back to 1990.

The only Two I regret getting rid of is the John Blanche tour t-shirt. When he went around to the 3 stores in Maryland at the time and spent the day at them drawing.

The other one is the "Laurel Boyz" shirt that GW made for the regulars that went to the Laurel Center Mall store. My name was one of the ones on it. IIRC it had a 40K Ork head on it giving the "thumbs up" sign.

I have seen 2 of these posted on ebay in the last year. Both had bizarre (and incorrect) descriptions and titles.

The last one I saw ended up selling for almost 300US if I remember correctly.

If you put the words "Limited Edition Forge World" in the title it apparent sends people into a bidding frenzy.

Could you class it as limited Edition Forge world though.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
+ I think it goes to show how rare they are that when you type it into google only 1 picture is found and that's of the expired US ebay auction.

Most of those "staff only" resin statues were cast by Forge World.

There was a staff only reward given out to Mail Order staff in the old Baltimore HQ just for Christmas in 1998 that was a resculpt of the Forge World BA Death Company Marine.

The one given to staff had a bolt pistol and knife instead of the plasma pistol and chainsword.

If I would list this in my ebay store, I would put a price of between 350 and 500 dollars.

I bought one off eBay few years ago for about £20. He listed it under "special spacemarine" I think.
