This is probably in the wrong forum thread and I apologize if it is. Thought about putting it in one of the modeling threads but it just didn't seem to fit right in there.

ok so simple question. Is there somewhere you can get ruined buildings or full buildings that would work for 40k terrain for cheaper than what GW sells theirs for?

Battlefield in a Box has some good pieces for about $25 US apiece, pre-painted and solid construction.

Honestly, textured spray paint, duct tape, scissors, hobby knife, and some hand paint work go a long way to make some sweet but simple bombed out buildings. used some in a game yesterday. Just tape up the ends you want closed, draw some guidelines for holes and cave-ins with a sharpie, cut them out, and paint. and there you go.

There's a shop near me that specialise in RC cars, trainsets and other models such as air fix and some gw products, they have some pretty neat ruined buildings, broken up pave mental , lamp posts and trees all for prices lower that £15 so if you have a local model shop that isn't GW I would recommend you pay it a visit
