Drop the Mutilators and Warpsmith. I'm not exactly sure what you're trying to achieve, giving it MoT and Scrolls of Magnus (one of the worst pieces of wargear I've seen in a while IMO), but just go for a Sorceror if you want psychic powers.

I like it, but the HQ slot would be better off as a Sorc, and you'll have trouble with any Av 14.
And in case you're thinking of going into a tournament, you may want to check you titan-killing power.

Tbh, I'm no expert.
Just seemed like good advice (bearing in mind how quickly Str D weapons will eat any normal force).
