Some people were requesting a color scheme and chapter symbol, here they are:
It's hard to tell from the image, but the main color of their armor is meant to be a worn bronze/copper tone. The tabard is supposed to have a bone-colored geartooth border around the edge. Sorry about the sloppy symbol, it's meant to be the universal on/off power symbol with a Mechanicus geartooth flair.
Now I just need a name for these guys.

I've crafted an "Index Astartes" article about the chapter, and even given them a name (I spent more time on the name than the article - a cool name is key!)

Youre bad and you should feel bad.
Fluff issues aside, I dont really see what you would expect to achieve by doing this really, Mixing geneseed from the three chapters isny going to make the marines multicultural with a mix of combat styles, geneseed doesnt determine culture and tradition anymore than your bloodtype.
The mixed geneseed concept in general kinda violates the fluff, genetic legacy is a huge issue to space marines and chapter identity, its why successor chapters pride themselves on their Primarchs and where they came from and why chapters like the Blood Ravens seek to know where they came from.
Besides that you have an issue in that the Salamanders were exempted from being divided by the Codex Astartes at the Second Founding because Vulkan refusex to allow his legion to be split and they were severely understrength as it was.
Also, as I understand it the original chapters were for the most part in excess of 1000 marines anyway due to the uneven strengths of the legions at the end of the heresy and the need to account for losses due to attrition while the individual chapters began training replacements (which as you might recall takes a couple decades). So, in other words, theres no likelihood of your amalgamated leftover chapter being a thing, because any leftovers would have been assigned to the new chapters anyway.

Also, the Salamanders have the dark skin thing that would make them easily identifiable (and Raven Guard are extremely pale).
I think of "gene-seed" as referring to an engineered (created Emperor for this exact purpose) form of stem cell that performs vital functions in the metamorphosis of becoming a Space Marine - otherwise, there's no reason why they simply couldn't clone Marines (or even Primarchs) on a mass scale. I wouldn't have a problem with "mixed" gene-seed, especially since as the fluff treats it like some form of inert fluid, as long as "mixed" meant it was created via modification of the Progenoids from those Legions. However, I don't really see a reason why this would be done.
As for resembling a given Chapter in culture or anything else, there's no need. Look at the Black Templars; they're completely different to the Imperial Fists, and the original Black Templars even were Imperial Fists!
Apart from maybe the Blood Angels and Space Wolves, your Chapter could be from any progenitor.

Your chapter could always come from the cursed 21st founding where some Magos was mixing geneseed like a mix drink!
