Horus actually isn't too powerful compared to the other primarchs when he's the normal vanilla Horus. It's only when he got buffed by Chaos that he took a level in general combat.

The Fabricator General is a representation of the height of techno-modification and design. He should be many orders greater than his colleagues and especially non-modified plebeian humans, even if they are Astartes.

Have I missed something... The guy mentioned as Angron/red angel has a blood angel chapter symbol on his right leg (left when viewed from the front) and also some black blood tears on his right shoulder guard??

Angron isn't the Red Angel.

The Red Angel was a Blood Angel Apothecary possessed by a demon.

Ah, I see where the confusion lies.

Angron's nickname was the Red Angel, because of the atrocities he committed.

Meros was renamed the Red Angel after he got possessed by that demon, since he was a Blood Angel.

i thought this is a 40k background section where we ask questions about the fluff?

i did my research.....and i tried to find the names of these guys in that artwork

There are 6 primarchs in the picture LightKing. The 5 in the center, and the guy to the far right.

i still find it odd that the artwork is called "Traitor Primarchs" and only featuers 2 of them out of the 9 that betrayed the emperor

You only asked about the people in the front, go back and study the picture really hard, as you can spot Omegon in the background along with Magnus, he's by one of the titans on the left.

Come back when you spot them.

But which primarch is behind the lens? And is he stronger?

It's evidently the Primarch of the II legion.
