before anyone accuses me of making another "obscure thread" i did my research, alot of it... and has their ever been any mention of the primarchs leaving their planets going into space before the emperor came....

At least a few of them, yes. Perhaps only in-system but still off their planet.

Trade aside, Guilliman ruled over Ultramar, which comprises a bunch of sectors.

And Magnus was aware of space and warp, iirc he "met" with the Emperor via warp projections..

He recognized the Emperor as the person with the power to help him expand into space. That's why Khan swore allegiance to him at all.
