Fair enough. How about 230 pts? Just a rough estimate, that is. He could be higher.

I would say at minimum 250 pts. I would compare him to Lysander.

Chapter master + Artificer + Shield eternal + TH + PF + HF alone is 265
Then to add in IWND, master crafted, and twin linked on the flamer, and st 10 on the hammer, it gets ridiculous to calculate.

This is Lysander +1. I'd ditch IWND, this just makes him too powerful, and drop the Heavy Flamer to S5. I'd probably make this about 260pts once these changes are made.

You need to cost the EW as more than the shield eternal, because as it is it isn't a relic, so another guy can still take the shield.

If I was going to play against such a OP monster character, I'd want permission to hash up one of my own at the spot. :p

No, just because he has effects that cost what the SE does does not mean it should cost more. The SE is exactly what these should cost. Having two just means that's another 50 points to spend.

To clarify, the combination of EW and a 3++ Stormshield should be more on this character because it allows you to take EW and a 3++ shield using the relic on another character. Not just the EW should be costed as more than the shield. Because you aren't just paying for the EW/3++, you are paying for the option of having that on 2 characters at once. So a premium on top of the cost of the item is necessary.

Either Eternal Warrior or T5. Although EW does seem more viable on a Chapter Master than increased Toughness, for some reason. If he was on a Bike, then no biggy, but the idea was to have the guy literally stride into enemy fire, come out unharmed, and destroy them all.

I understood, and my point still stands. Just because you can take Logan Grimnar doesn't all of a sudden mean that the Saga of the Bear should cost 50 points by itself or that a Storm Shield should now be 45 points. If I take a CM with the SE and ally in a Raukaan CM with the Gorgon Chains or whatever they're called, why should one be more expensive than the other? Because you can have two? Hell, I can take Lysander, a CM with SE, then ally in space wolves and have Logan and a Wolf Lord with a Storm Shield and Saga of the Bear. Just because I have four Eternal Warriors doesn't mean that suddenly another source of 3++ or EW becomes more expensive.

He is a really good character with both shooting phase and assault phase decimation. This guy has more special rules then the generic space marine chapter master outfitted with teeth of terra and shield eternal and with his bike and other necessary upgrades he comes to 270.

This guy should be around 240 with one less wound and one less attack compared to a generic chapter master, also there is no jump pack or bike and no digital weapons.

Also that comparison to lysanders points is interesting, lysander can deep strike where this guy can't.
