I have had to makes some major changes from how I normally write up a list. This is supposes to be a Gunline List, but I have added some units I want to try, mostly the Centurions and the Stalker.
Tactics is basically set up in a Gunline anchored on the Chapter Master and his Command Squad. The Librarian and the Sternguard I would use as an Assassination Force to either take out HQ’s or Vehicles.
A local META Note: We do not have a lot of Vehicles.
So let me know what you think.

Even for a friendly list, this needs some serious work.
You're Iron Hands! Where are your vehicles?! Tac squads need Rhinos. Also, your Chapter Master has none of the good gear that makes them beasts in CC. Get a Shield Eternal and a Thunder Hammer; or better yet, use the Clan Raukan supplement and get AA, Gorgon's Chain, Storm Shield and TH.
Now, even if your meta doesn't have a lot of vehicles, surely they would understand that IRON HANDS use plenty of them. Of course, if you want to adhere to this, at least make the Centurions Grav Centurions. It's almost painful looking at them without these weapons.

From what I see I would take the grav pistol off the scout Sgt. It's a waste of points with how the squad is set up for long range. It's also my personal believe that you have spent way to many points on the stalker tank. I would just keep it bare bones and cheap, I don't know what to spend these extra points on.

Do the Sternguard and Honor Guards have Rhinos or Drop Pods I can't see? If not, they need them.
Also, why are you bringing a MotF if you don't want to spam Drop Pods?

This was not suposed to be a mechanised force, I need somthing to hold my objectives. I have found a Command Squad with 4 Plasma Guns in ruins can control a good partion of the board.

Sorry, I brainfarted. I meant to say, "Why bring an MotF if you don't want to spam Dreadnoughts in Drop Pods"
Big difference. Also, how exactly have you "found" command squads to hold ground at all? They can never score. Also, even if you meant that more abstractly given their firepower, how? They're a 3+ save...they die just as easily as any other marine. But they're more expensive. You have 24" range and you're best within 12". Even ORKS can stay away from you and blow them away with Lootas.
Look, if you don't want to mech up, fine, but you have to go full on marine horde, like 80+ MINIMUM. That means six full tactical squads, and a few devastator squads at absolute minimum. You also need a significant buff with an army like this. Either army wide scout move like Raven Guard or, more effectively, a UM Calgar force.
If you ARE willing to mech up; (and yes, drop pods count as meching up), then you can still spam tacs but give them all drop pods and throw in a few Ironclads in their own pods. Your command squad then is actually viable because the pod will get their plasma/melta right where you need it to be.
I'm not trying to be harsh, I'm just trying to help you.

Actually cent devs with ML/LC with Tiggy are far from bad. With a 75% chance of perfect timing, they can devastate Eldar vehicles from a long distance and force them to dance to your tune for once.
I use an IH list with bikers and air power sometimes. I don't like the regular marine vehicles, even with IWND.

To be honest the only Dreads I field regularly is Björn or Rifleman Dreads and then that is not often.
I have been finding though the Rifleman Dreads to be lacking if there are no transports to kill, I had one spend three turns firing at on Tactical Squad and killed 1 model recently and there was not a lot of missing. The TL-AC/Missile Launcher Dreads in mass can do a lot of damage to non-marine units though or at least that is my experience and if I hit with the ML I at least kill one marine.
My last Dread that did well was armed with the TL-HB/SB combo. I killed about 15 Marines before it was removed as a crater and 5 of those were from the 6” Blast, that was fun game though.
As for as not playing Space Marines since 4th…Yes I have been playing Space Wolves and Dark Angels mostly so yes I have not had much experience with Dreads.

Dreads are vey meh in the 6th meta. Especially regular AV 12 dread because they are easy fodder for missile sides and the ungodly amount of S6/7 that Eldar can bring.
