So this is the deal, 1750 points escalation and stronghold rules are a go.

I was thinking since no one at my FLGS has a eldar titan (that I know) but there will be a thunderhawk, and daemon lord dude
the list could be like this:

Hq- farseer, bike, MotLG =155pts

Troops- 5* avengers in WS with SL/HF =200pts *4 =800pts

Fast- crimson hunters exarch =160pts *2 =320pts
Fast- *5 spiders =95pts

Heavy- walkers *3 duel BL or duel SL =210pts

Total is 1485pts which gives me 265pts to work with.

I am really grateful for any and all C&C Thank you in advance!

Well, you can have only one CH Exarch. I'd take a full squad of Spiders with withdraw.

Make a Void Shield Generator. Bring at least one Crimson Hunter. Spiders are good, but you need to DS them. Minimum squads in Wave Serpents will work. Other than that, MSU is probably the way in Escalation.

With the 265pts left over should I use a wraithknight naked? and then 15pts for spirit stone of anathan?

Which Daemon Lord is it? This could be very important as the only counter to the Tzeentch Daemon lord with Grimoire support is Destroyer weapons but the Slaanesh DL will die quite easily to a bunch of high-strength shooting. If it is one of the flying Daemon lords, hope it isn't Aetaos'rau'keres and spam a lot of serpents and basically anything that hits FMC (or in this case a FGC) easily because if you can't ground him you're going to lose. He will beat anything easily in close combat so you've just got to hope you can shoot him down before he gets there, I don't think Eldar have anything that can feasibly tarpit him. If it is the tzeentch lord and he has a grimoire with him, I don't want to be pessimistic by toughness 8, flight, 9 wounds and a rerollable 2++ is just invincible, there's nothing you can do without a super-heavy of your own against that. The Slaanesh lord is fairly simple, imagine it's a Wraithknight except it's save is invulnerable and it has low toughness and much more CC power but no shooting and you're about there. Mr Nurgle is incredibly slow, I would honestly be tempted to just run away from him the whole game since everything you have will be pretty mobile.

I probably wouldn't advise a Wraithknight, it will die too easily to the Thunderhawk and it's not a great anti-air unit. Beg, borrow and steal for an other Crimson Hunter if you can, they'll be great against the Thunderhawk and pretty solid against the Daemons lords also. With the list you have, I would say take a minimum units of Jetbikes and reserve it and then spend the rest on a Crimson Hunter if you can and perhaps a Vyper or something just to act as a distraction and draw fire. I suspect the most effective setup for the War Walkers might be Scatter Laser and Bright Lance if the Daemon Lords are flying so you have a chance to twin-link the lance and get a couple of hits in.

Good Luck.

Thanks, as for the daemon lord I honstly don't know he (one of the daemon players) just said it was escalation viable and just cheesie.

As for the wraithknight Would it be useful for killing super heavies? I just bought it and was hoping it would be useful, and i'm hoping to just run away from anything thats slow and dangerous.

Order a Revenant if you are going to be playing a lot of Escalation.

Is a revenant really worth the cash/points? I forsee every titan and super heavy getting screwed by IG vendettas so.... Maybe just buy 3 vendettas and have an air force because revenants can't hit air units with 4 D templates (would be sick if they could).
