Initially I started painting a pack of space wolves, and while interesting they're very fiddly with all sorts of bones, runes and teeny tiny details. Eldar meanwhile look simple but effective in their colour schemes, and if I'm blunt I do like the look of their walkers and wraiths. So, being the cheapskate I am, I decided to apply my wolf colours to an Eldar template to see how it'd come out. And to be fair, it doesn't look -bad-, to me anyway. What do you all reckon? Re-use wolf paints or stop being cheap and buy an entirely different set of paint?

Sure. Eldar can be pretty much made to work with almost any colours really.

This. And that color scheme looks quite nice actually.

Thanks! I drew some inspiration from the blue craftworld colours ( I forgot the name D: ). I may buy some snapfit guardians to see how it works! I'll be trying a wraith-based army (You think eldar are weak and feeble? GUESS AGAIN MOTHER !) for certain.

Yea that is nice, I would say go for it. And the comment about eldar working with anything is true too, except for metallics I think although I am curious to see metallic eldar lol.
