This has been done a whole lot, but these are going to be on the same relative scale of a Primarch ascended to Daemonhood (From the FW perspective). In other words just a bit below the Daemon Lords.
These are meant to be used along with a Legion army. The army that FW is currently doing.
Daemon Primarch Angron. 580 points
WS:10/ BS:5/ S:7/ T:7/ W:7/ I:7/ A:7/ LD:10/ SV:2+/4++
Unit Type: Monstrous Creature (IC)
Special Rules: Rage, Rage of Khorne, Rampage, Primarch, God of War, Sire of the World Eaters, Fearsome, Living Icon,
Wargear: Black Blade of Angron, Demonic Armor, Collar of Khorne
Black Blade of Angron: S:+2, AP:1, Master Crafted, Fleshbane
Rage of Khorne: Angron has an additional D3 attacks on the charge. Combine this with Rage and Rampage and see what kind of unholy thing you have.
Living Icon: Angron can function as a sort of teleport homer for lesser daemons. Lesser Daemons may be summoned adjacent to Angron.
Fearsome: Enemies who must take a morale check after losing combat with Angron do so at -2 Leadership.
God of War: World Eaters within 9 inches of Angron have the Rampage, and Furious Charge USRs.
Sire of the World Eaters: Angron has a 5+ FNP, and the Furious Charge USR. All World Eaters may use Angron's Leadership, and Auto-rally when broken.
Edited: Brother Haraldus is right. Armorbane is just too much. He'd be tearing apart Land Raider squadrons every turn.

Finally found my quote from a gym buddy born and raised in South Korea:
"It is the soldier, not the reporter who has given us the freedom of the press.
"It is the soldier, not the poet, who has given us the freedom of speech.
"It is the soldier, not the campus organizer, who gives us the freedom to demonstrate.
"It is the soldier who salutes the flag, who serves beneath the flag, and whose coffin is draped by the flag, who allows the protester to burn the flag." |

Sv 3+ suffices, imho. Getting all-covering armour for such a big dude is difficult.
He doesn't need armourbane as he already rolls an extra d6 due to being a MC. Fleshbane is also unnecessary as the only things he won't wound on a 2+ are t8+ monsters that he can handle points-effectively anyway.
W6 suffices as well.
Rename God of War, Calgar has it already.
The old, outdated, pre-powercreep Angron had a 'Roar of Hate' that reduced the LD of nearby foes. Use it instead of Fearsome.

For a 580 point model W6 is not enough.
I can agree with some of the other proposed changes though.

He is supposed to have massive wings, I think.
Make him a FMC and the durability problem is sorted.
Let's face it, few things are going to beat him in melee anyway.

Lose IC, add wings. Add the Daemon USR (Yeay! Fear!!!!) and make 9'' (which is just...weird) 12''. This model is close to 600pts worth and you could easily come up with something that cost or less to punk this guy out, but being flying would help a lot because most D-Weapons can't touch him. Also thinking he needs Hatred in there somewhere, probably in place of Furious Charge because it's not like most world eaters don't already have it or need it. Not the biggest Angron know it all, but I thought he was all about the axes or is the sword a cannon thing?
For pricing, take a blood thirsters price and add a shitton of special rules. Shouldn't take that long

No. Just No.
I'm sorry but in my experience with FMCs they tend to get grounded turn 2 and then get torn apart by assaulting squads. That's just my luck with them though.

The incredible survival that is granted by being flying makes up for its otherwise lower survivability. Few Skyfire weapons can seriously dent a T7 3+ model. Grounding it is possible but even then it is a large advantage. I have had great luck with my melee Chosen, that does not mean that they are fairly priced.
W6 is fine, I think.

For me it's hard to imagine a bloodthirster without corpulescense since you get to choose your gifts.
That's why he has 7 wounds. To have one more wound than the Bloodthirsters I encounter at my primary FLGS.

And s he should be. Adding wounds won't make him less vulnerable to strength D. He shouldn't be invulnerable to strength D anyway but being a flyer makes him far more survivable than adding a wound.

Upgrading Angron is very simple. Daemon, Wings, Black Blade, and +1 to Primarch Stats. That brings him up to DP stats, plus 1 W. Then keep the Primarch rule, sans Sire of the Wolrld Eaters.
Make Black Blade S+2 AP1 Melee, Instant Death.

He costs far more, that is undoubtable. Go check the codex. It's less than 580, no matter what you throw at it, I assure you.
He is, fluffwise, stronger than a Codex Bloodthirster. Not stronger against Ka'bandha, perhaps. Or An'ggrath. But stronger than a non-special character Bloodthirster, certainly.
He is just as vulnerable to strength D, since it ignores his toughness and saves. Hence he needs to fly and have more wounds to be able to justify his price. Otherwise he'll be wiped off the table by a Pulsar turn 1 and that'd be sort of underwhelming for his cost.

This is basically what we did here. That brings him up to Greater Daemon stats. Meaning there are still some tweaks that need to be made.

Wounds matter next to nothing if he is being targeted by D weapons while on the ground he's dead anyway. Thus additional wounds add nothing and serve as inconsistencies according to fluff.

They serve to meet with the fluff, actually.
Primarchs casually crush vanilla greater daemons as shown multiple times throughout the HH.
Like how Magnus crushed that Minor (incredibly) Warp God in his hands, or what Guilliman did to Samus.
Fluffwise an Ascended Angron would be more powerful than An'ggrath given what Sanguinius did to Ka'Bandha (An'ggrath's equal), or how Lorgar crushed An'ggrath.

Wounds are an unfluffy stat anyway. Why does a Company Commander have 3 wounds and a Brotherhood Champion one?
Wounds does help, even if it does to a lesser degree. On average a D weapon does 3 wounds. It can very well make the difference between being oneshotted and surviving to lift off again the next turn, you know.
I won't go into who beats who fluffwise, not now, but him surviving a shot from that Lynx or not can make all the difference.
