I dont believe in formating lists for an army.... That being said i hate daemon players and this would be the list i would run.

Farseer 100
Spirit Seer 70
Dire avengers x 5 Scatterserpeant 200
Dire avengers x 5 Scatterserpeant 200
Wraithguard x 5 D-Sythes x 5 Scatterserpeant 345
Wraithguard x 5 D-Sythes x 5 Scatterserpeant 345
Swooping Hawks x 6 96
Wraithknight 240
Vaul Support battery x 2 60
Vaul Support battery x 3 90

For the farseer just roll on the Divination table for Perfect timing and pray you get it. And once you (if you) get it roll on telepathy.

Note Waveserpeants have SL, Holofields

You think that would do the job? I might have to proxy a few things for this list but I might give it a try

The Avatar is OK against deamons, but you probably don't need disarming strike. Most deamons that can kill the avatar in a challenge can do so with their bare hands. Instead of disarming strike, take monster hunter to better hurt the big nasty deamons you may face. A swarm of deamonetts will murder you either way, so save the points and fight the biggies.

A full squad of guardians should always take 2 weapons, regardless of what you take. The lance is OK against soulgrinders and MC's, but not the best choice. It is understandable, but regardless take two. The second guardian squad needs a weapon.

5 avengers on foot are very easily killed. Your fancy rending guns mean little to an army based on invul saves, and any respectable shooting/assault will easily kill them, while they will struggle to drop more than a couple models.

Wraithguard and serpents are great, but it would be best to take a spiritseer. The spirit mark, psychic boosts and extra scoring units have always served me very well. IMO, the spiritseer is the best HQ in the codex.

Spider exarches are OK, but expensive with rifles. If they take the rifle, they need fast shot(I think you took it based on the points cost), and they should NEVER take powerblades. Ever.

Wraithlord loadout is good. I think a spiritseer and a wraithknight would be your best buy to round out your list. Warlocks are wannabe spiritseers, and a prism has limited use against deamons. Although, deamons are pretty good against wraithknights...

The most important rule of 40K-Page XVII of the 6th edition rulebook, the figure at the top right of the page. "Shake hands with your opponent and thank them for a good battle and fun experience." Then go out for a beer.

so if I ditch the dire avengers and do some scatter lasers with my guardians I should be fine right?
