You don't have troops for your allies and most people won't play with the tau datasheet. Drop the tau and ba's. Go with two inquisitors and maybe some henchman in a chimeras. Or Valkyries.

It bypasses all the ally rules, gives tank hunter for no cost. With tau allies you can have 2 riptides, 9 misslesides, buff commander and still have sm as your primary detachment.

You have got troops in allies. The bikes. People don't think much.
