Hello, everyone. I have been lurking around for more than a year now, and decided i'd sign up and share some fun. Warhammer has been one of my many hobbies since around 2000-2001. I have many, many armies including: Imperial Fists 3000pts, the Lucky Leprechauns (my own Space Marine chapter) 2500pts, Space Wolves 1500pts, Black Templar 500pts, Grey Knights 3000+pts, IG Steel Legion 3000+pts, Eldar, Dark Eldar 2000pts (allied with eldar when I tinker around with 6th), Tyranids 1500pts, Necrons (selling to friend), and Orks (mixed in with my brothers army). The only real armies for Fantasy are my Skaven 4000+pts, Lizardmen 4000+pts and Vampire Count 1500pts, the rest are small little tid-bits that are not over 500 points. I also play Flames of War, having: Germans, British Red Devils, and early war french.

I do not get into the gaming as much as I would like to, working 12 hours on night shifts, but build and paint all the time. I'm from Nebraska where my father and oldest brother got me into Warhammer at a very young age. Now i'm the only one that has anything to do with Warhammer. Father dropped off after 4th ed, and my brother went to other historical games and dropped off Warhammer at the begining of 6th ed. Most of the private games we play are with the 5th ed book mostly because we like the rules more and most of my friends don't have the 6th ed book.

I got tired of painting my yellow Imperial Fists so I moved onto my Steel Legion, which have been painted and stripped around 4 times. Could never really find a color scheme that I really liked. I'm going to be doing a project log on them soon so I made an account and I'm going to start them up, all down to fresh metal and got some of my wheeled conversion kits in for the Chimeras. To finish up this hobby alittle bit I am ordering a Warhound Titan sometime this year and i'm sure it will end up in my project log for y'all to see. Then just need one more Baneblade and that's all she wrote for my GW addiction. I will continue painting of course, way to much not to.

Well, I'm going to wrap this up and thank you all for having me and wish luck to all the other new comers that I watched join up while I hid in the shadows. Be seeing you guys around...

Welcome aboard!

Have to say, that's an impressive intro. You should post some pics of the Lucky Leprechauns.

I shall do that! They are all mounted Space Marine Bikes that are a sub chapter of the Crimson Fists. When I get some time off I will get some pics together.

Welcome.

Looks like you've hit the ground running.

+1 on the leprechauns, I'd like to see them. Leprechauns, possibly one of the least grimdark chapter ideas, second to the "my little ponies"

Wait... lucky leprechauns? Haven't I seen that in an earlier post?
Well no matter, it was probably your post.

Thanks for the welcome, and yes, someone was asking for help naming their own chapter and I told them how I got my name.
