Just got an email about a nice looking Land Raider variant from FW but have no idea on the rules
I'm assuming it comes from one of the Horus Heresy books, but don't have access to them
Anyone on here know anything about it?

And considering they can only be taken in Legion lists....you would have to have the heresy book anyways.

Figured it might be something like that, but at least it is a sweet looking tank. Could always use it as a strait Achilles

Not sure if they can be taken in the standard lord of war slot or whatever for a regular 40k list. I don't think that has been put out yet, but I don't believe any other vehicles with volkite weapons are OK for 40k use.
A volkite culervin is very similar to an assault cannon, with considerably better range.

Even if you just took the meltas it would be interesting, just in that the Cannon has a slightly different profile from the TFC on the normal achillies
