I have ordered from them before and never had an issue. Took awhile for things to arrive - but they got here and I was happy with my purchase.

I've ordered from them through my FLGS. It came to them without a problem. Good products.

Actually one of the employees at the store has an almost entirely Kromlech Ork army

I read somewhere that Kromlech is like one guy doing it out of his garage in Poland so shipping might take a while.

Honestly, the models produced by Kromlech are pretty awesome looking. I have considered ordering from them myself. It would add some nice space to and Ork army.

Well, Kromlech posts here on dakkadakka. check out their thread on the news and rumors sections. I just saw he(she?) posted pretty recently about their new releases. So maybe you could confirm that rumor by asking them(him/her?)

I bought some of their weathering powders. Top notch stuff. Just took awhile to get here, probably had to do more with US customs than Krmlech. They sent me a sample of their resin ( a not thousand son head) and it was pretty high quality too. Scaled well with citadel minis.

Edit. I want to say it was around a month. It had polish stamps all over it.

I've ordered from Kromlech twice, through eBay both times. Each order took about 2 weeks, maybe a few days more, to arrive. The first order was supposed to be a squad of 10 Soviet Goblins, but I only received 9. I emailed them with my issue, and in about the same timeframe it took for the orders to arrive I received the missing mini, plus an extra that they threw in. Great company, great service. Would definitely recommend them to others.

If it's been three weeks for your order, it may be a customs issue. I'd wait a bit longer and then maybe send off an email to Kromlech to see if they may have any news/idea.

I have ordered from them several times, all good.

In fact, just placed my third order last week.
