When checking the leadership for the effects of Psychic scream, do you use the unmodified leadership or does SiTW still come into effect on psychic units?

This came up against a grey knights army over the weekend, i went against base Leadership since i did not know for sure.

The leadership penalty is for everything AFAIK. If there are any none psykers in the unit though you can use their leadership.

Does it state "up modified" ? If not, why do you think it should unmodified?

Psychic scream does stack with SiTW. Both also stacks with the Deathleaper's "Its after me" special rule.

And the Lictor brood dataslate -1 to Ld as well. You could really hammer down their ld score.

Nope, although I forget if there's a similar power. Don't think there is though.

Psychic Scream is similar to shriek - but it's not a Primaris and it's a 6" Nova instead of just a witchfire.

Flyrant + PS = Awesome

I saw a tactic used with the old tyranid book where lots of brrodlords reduced ld with their power whilst zoans destroyed effected units with PS. It was brutal to watch!

Yeah, too bad the rules didn't actually work that way. Lucky for the Nid player that no one knew the rules...

The Horror forces a pinning test at -2 Ld; the -2 Ld is only for the test and not ongoing.

Yes I did, and you continue to try your derndest at being condescending.

Sorry I think that was my fault - I said PS meaning psychic shriek not psychic scream. I was unaware of the name change in the new dex.

The BLord LD reduction started in the Nid assault phase, and only lasted until the end of the opponents turn. Thus it was no longer in effect when the Zoans would cast PS.
