Visiting the hardware store today for components for a display board and I need to know one thing I forgot to measure.

What size are 25mm 40k bases? Is 25mm the bottom or top diameter? Also, how thick are they?

Many thanks, I'd rather avoid a trip home to measure myself.

25mm is the bottom diameter.

They're 3mm tall.
