When the Stalker hits multiple targets using large blast or template weapons, does it twin-link all units hit or just the one targeted?

It can take a Particle Shredder which is a Large Blast weapon.

It does, actually. It can take a S6 Large Blast.

If the large blast scatters onto 2 different units, then both units are hit and thus are TL'ed for the rest of the Necrons.
