Can the heldrake and other flyers hold objectives when fast attack are viable scoring units? I would say yes, but I am unsure if flyers have any restrictions, perhaps they can't simply because they are up in the air, or perhaps they must be hovering and not zooming. I would assume as long as they end their movement within range then yes, they can. Am I wrong?

Is it from the fast or heavy(for bgnt) slot?
Is it with 3" from its hull?

There are no specific restrictions.

Though funny enough if a regular infantry model that is not a swarm or beast is contesting it, then they get the point while denying yours.

Yes they can, provided the hull is within 3" of the objective. (So quite often they will struggle to reach it).

Also note that they only become scoring units, and not denial ones, meaning that, as above, if the objective is contested by a 'normal' unit, then your opponent would get the objective points.

Any flyers of any kind can't grab linebreaker due their bases isnt used their hull are... being on a flying base your hull won't be within 3 inches of that Terrain unless you model for advantage wich i bet most opoments will have a prob with you...

What does terrain have to do with linebreaker?

It just has to be a scoring or denial unit within the enemies DZ

Irrelevant, as pointed out. You don't have to be within 3" of the table, just within their deployment zone
