The general idea is easy: the first 2 turns to put a major blow on the enemy. Don't know how viable this would be but here goes:
HEADQUARTERS:
Tigurius (in Stormraven with Centurions)
ELITES:
Sternguards (x10), srgt with combi-melta, and MB, 2x combi-meltas, 4x combi-plasmas, drop-pod, locator beacon
FAST-ATTACK:
Stormtalon, skyhammer
TROOPS:
Tacticals (x5), vet srgt, combi-plasma, PG, pod, locator beacon
Tacticals (x5), vet srgt, combi-plasma, PG, pod, locator beacon
Tacticals (x5), vet srgt, combi-flamer, flamer, pod
Tacticals (x5), vet srgt, combi-melta, MG, pod
Scouts (x5), vet srgt, cloaks, snipers
HEAVY SUPPORT:
Devastator Centurions (x3), 3x grav cannons, omniscope (in Stormraven with Tigurius)
Stormraven, TLLC, TLMM, hurricane bolters
Stormraven, TLLC, TLMM, hurricane bolters
Wave 1: scouts must start on the board (per reserve rules requirements), suicide sterns combat-squad to pop a vehicle and plasma something to death using Tactical Doctrine, the 2 plasma tactical squads will drop in support but closer to midfield
Wave 2: (hopefully) Stormraven with Tiggy and Centurions escorted by Stormtalon, deep-strike them onto locator beacons using Skies of Fury and twin-link their shots using Storm of Fire; 2nd Stormraven, 2 more pods (alternatively they could use reroll to try and stay in reserve if needed)
Any thoughts on this? Has anyone ever used Tiggy in that fashion? I'm not sure about his usefulness as he won't be able to cast buffs until turn 3 (at best) I usually have him in a LR but I thought this list might be more dynamic.

Well I can say that I use tigarus to buff either the massive sternguard squad or the centurions I never take both in one army, and I would keep them on the board for maximum effectiveness, it dosnt leave you with enough points to take other stuff
Just 20 tactical marines wouldn't last long either especially if you are planing in using some as suicide tank hunters
Cool air superiority though I think it would do a lot of damage if it all came in on one turn

At 2000 pts I can see this list getting tabled the turn after you arrive. It's not a particularly powerful alpha strike, and given the weight of fire that Tau and Eldar can bring to the table 20 marines and 5 scouts aren't really going to stand much of a chance. A well built daemon army stands a chance of doing this as well between hard hitting fast assault units and weight of fire from flickering fire.
Tigurius is wayy out place here too. Like you said he can't possibly buff anything until turn 3. That's a complete waste of points. By the time he's on the table in this list, who's there for him to buff? With so little else around it wouldn't be much of a problem to focus of him and some cents.
So definitely not Shock and Awe. Decent air control, but you need to decide which you want to do.

If your looking for shock and awe drop pod, Crimson fists are the way to go, bring a bunch of stern guard, drop them in with pedro and shoot up as much as you can. Take one squad with some meltas for the rare chance you see a heavy armor, then plasma and combi plasma should be able to murder a lot of the big Monstrous creatures that are popular right now. Also tl heavy flamer, with the flamer attachment dreads work really well at roasting hordes.
The stromraven gunships don't bring a lot of fire power so I wouldn't suggest them.
However, Centurions in a pod, I think you can fit three in there, could come in and grav cannon something to death turn one as well. Not sure what the points are on all that but since pedro makes stern guard scoring, you dont have to take as many tac squads.
Also I agree with the above 5 man tacs squads dont bring a lot of fire power and will die really fast.
Finally I think stern guard can take storm shields so if your worried about them dieing after turn one, throw one or two storm shields in each unit, and they will be pretty beefy.

Ha sorry but just no to most of that.
Crimson Fist are arguably not best at the pod alpha strike. Sure you can bring sternguard as scoring, but they cost an arm and a leg and die just like other marines.
Even if you could give them stormshields there's no point as most armies are just going to drown you in str 6/7 shooting that doesn't bypass a marine's 3+ to begin with.
Grav Cents can most definitely not take drop pods.
If you HAVE to use drop podding marines, Salamanders are probably you're best bet for all of the TL flamer and melta you can bring or Iron Hands for drowning your opponent in AV13 with IWND.
Either way, pods aren't really the best way to do marines anymore.
I think OP stumbled across something much better in marine air superiority. I'd suggest filling the stormravens with scouts for cheap last minute scoring, and fitting in as many bikes for durable, mobile dakka and scoring.

The first thing that stood out to me is the Scouts .. WHY are they there?
Unless you have a really good reason to have 5 scouts sitting on the board to start the game you'd be better to get rid of them altogether and up your Tac squad member count instead.

If you are only bringing 2 combi-meltas, consider making them normal melta guns instead. That way, when they split off from the combi-plasmas, they can continue to hunt tanks (provided they live long enough) or even just one shot marine level characters.
Not sure what the scouts are there for; you can probably spend the 80pts elsewhere for more effect.
