If I buy it for Grey hunters do all of them get D6+1 attacks or just one model? Also does it work like multiple firing modes for weapons where I can choose if I want to use their normal attacks and weapons or does it completely replace it?

I have read through that codex a couple of times and I'm pretty sure it just affects the model with the mark, don't quote me though.

Only one model gets it and it Replaces his normal attacks, there is no choice.

Bear in mind that the mark using model ignores all his wargear in close combat, so dont buy him any kind of weapons or anything. A wolf standard though is essential.

Very True.
The only time I give my MotW is with Lone Wolves and Skyclaws.
Lone Wolves: Power Armor, CCW, MotW, Storm Shield + 2 Wolves
Skyclaws: The Flamer as to not loose any Attacks

It does not replace his wargear. A Grey Hunter with MOTW still has his bolter and bolt pistol and CCW. All it does is change his attack characteristics to D6+1 rending and he must use those to attack with in HTH.
So if you want to give the model with MOTW a special shooting weapon, no problem. Just dont be giving him the extra power weapon or power fist because those he wont be able to use.
