Actually quite the opposite. Omega is the last letter of the Greek alphabet. When talking about wolf packs the wolf at the very bottom of the pack hierarchy is called the omega.

It's a titanic (as in really big - four inches long) ice cube (ha ha) in the shape of the Titanic (boat that sank because of ice) that was slammed (ouch) by reviewers because it was in bad taste (aiya...) before you even get into whatever unholy drink it was added to.
