A friend of mine told me the Legion of the Damned came into a battle the Crimson Fists fought. He wasn't sure wich book it was.
I'm really intrested in it. Does anybody knows wich book it is and what they were doing?
I've liked the models to and it seems like a fluffy reason to field them with the Fists. So that's a good thing if it's true.

Poor ignorant guardsmen, it be but one of many of the great miracles of the Emperor! The Emperor is magic, like Harry Potter, but more magic! A most real and true SPACE WIZARD! And for the last time... I'm not a space plumber.

To my knowledge there has been no such book. Maybe he was confusing the Excoriators with the Crimson Fists, as they're both sons of Dorn and use red fists for their iconography.

I don't think you're right about that Janson. For my knowledge the ghostly figures there were cloaked Eldar.

The Legion of the Damned book has them coming to the aid of the Excoriators chapter. The Excoriators are derived from the Imperial fists and thus are cousins to the Crimson Fists. I'm not sure if this is the reference you're looking for, but if you haven't read the book yet I would highly recommend it

Seconded. They are too calm and come into contact with the Fists. The Damned dont come into contact with their living brothers

Although not the Crimson Fists the Sentinels of Terra supplement has the Legion helping the IF on the Phalanx, or a least a mention of them mustering in cargo bays.
