I'll assume that if you've clicked on this thread that you know the story of our hero, Tuska. What I was wondering is if I wanted to build a themed army around this story, how should everything be set up between the Orks and Daemons? I was thinking between Orks allied with either Chaos Daemons or C:CSM, or the other way around (Chaos allied with Orks). The issue comes in that I know nothing about Chaos other than that my brother collects the models. I would prefer to do Orks with C:CSM because my brother has the proper units where nether of us own Daemons. I also don't know which Daemon Prince, from which codex, is stronger.
Rough Army Idea:
Ork Warboss with PK (Maybe with also some custom rules like It Will Not Die, Feel No Pain, Fearless, and Rage)
Weirdboy with Warphead (x3 if double FoC)
Mobs of Footslogging Boyz
Daemon Prince of Khorne
Khorne Berzerkers or Bloodletters
What Codex should I use for the Daemon Prince?
How should I load him out?
I would prefer to bring Berzerkers or Bloodletters as troope, remember that this is a fluffy army.

For fluff reasons, I'd go with the daemon codex and bloodletters.
You might also want to include a cadian army as well? It could make for quite a good campaign

I can see it now....Nids are now a collection of autonomous hive fleets there are multiple Hive Minds and they all war with one another in addition to everyone else. They speak to humans using telepathy, and they can now ally with Space Wolves as battle brothers, because reasons.
Tyranids talking to humans would be like you talking to your mashed potatoes or the probiotic in your kiefer drink. It is neither possible nor productive. Inside my mind I pinched my nipples and savored his bitter silence.

This isn't for a campaign, just a fluffy army. At my LFGS we are having a "Game Day" of 2000 points for fluff armies only. I was going to do a Ghazghkull/Grotsnik Green Tide with Snikrot for the Second Battle or Armageddon but that felt a little boring.
Do you have any experience with Daemons? I'm looking over their codex right now and Bloodletters seem pretty cool.

It will not die would be 40ish pts.
Higher armor save? Not sure what he's at...a 4?
Fnp would be 15+ points
10 is way too cheap. By far.

Okay, so Power Klaw, TL-Shoota, FnP, IWND, 4+, 5++ will put him at 160 points. Does that seem fair? Hopefully two squads of 20 Bloodletters aren't too much.

Amazing idea man, been wanting to run Khorne Daemons with my Orks for a while now, will totally steal your idea
You will be disappointed with Bloodletters I'm sorry to say, they are pretty damn crap even in a fluffy setting. Nurglings aka Chaos Snotlings would be a better way to make up minimum troops at a cost in fluff, but any points saved from these losers will be useful to make your Weirdboyz into Warpheads.
If you've got a Bloodthirster, why not take that and then run a Khorne Daemon Prince as a heavy too? I don't have the fluff text on me but I don't see why there couldn't be several big nasties in the allied list.
For mine I am running Nobz on Bloodcrushers as Nob Bikers, would definitely be a great way to bolster your army if your willing to go that far.
I would run less boyz blobs and instead make them larger. Give them Klaw Nobz or BC Nobz (usually I don't recommend this but I think you'll need it!) for the extra choppy. Then, *PERHAPS*, run Tuska as Ghazghull and get a number of lesser bosses with klaws as his lieutenants? Ghaz definitely has the stats to back up a daemon slaying warboss, and you'll benefit from his super WAAAAGH as well.
As far as I know, Tuska only had the one weirdboy? Perhaps run him as Zogwart, either with or instead of all those other weirdboyz?

Well, Dakkamite, I'll give you a brief overview on the story of Tuska.
-Warboss named Tuska has a giant Daemon attack his Space Hulk while in flight.
-Tuska kills said Daemon by the skin of his teeth and has a grand ol' time doing so.
-Decides to take his WAAAGH! to the Eye of Terror to fight more Daemons.
-He brings a ton of Weirdboyz with him to traverse the Warp with relative ease.
-Him and his boyz ends up on a "living" planet and ends up upsetting the "Blood Prince" (Daemon Prince of Khorne).
The main points are that he has a Klaw, his Boyz have Choppas, there are Weirdboyz, and it's a Daemon Prince of Khorne. That's kinda why I don't want to bring the "good" Daemon troops, because Khorne. I also kinda figured that deep striking them would be a fun gimmick.
I will consider Klaw Nobz and lowering the count of Bloodletters down to 1 squad of 10 to sit on a backfield objective.
EDIT: less redundant

I'm just trying to stay as fluffy as possible and the story only mentions that: he's one tough git with a Power Klaw, lots of Weirdboyz, his Boyz are equiped with "Choppas", He pisses off a Daemon Prince of Khorne, and the most important part, every day he and his boyz are resurrected to keep fighting a fruitless battle.

These buddies remind me of the boys Alaric meets in the third book of the Grey Knight Omnibus.

Okay, slight alteration. I removed the +15point FnP from Tuska and instead put him with a Battlewagon with 'Ard Nobz/Painboy. That way he still gets FnP.
I know the story does have a Battlewagon but I guess if I want these gits to have any sort of survivability I should throw them in. I've also removed all the weird boyz and kept it down to 4 mobs of 30 Boyz. Every Nob has a Power Klaw, 'Eavy Armour, and a Bosspole. The final army ends up looking like this:
Tuska - IWND (40 points), 4+, 5++, Attack Squig, and Bosspole.
'Ard Cybork Nobz w/ Painboy in a Deff Rolla Battlewagon.
30 Boyz with 'Ard Nob
30 Boyz with 'Ard Nob
30 Boyz with 'Ard Nob
30 Boyz with 'Ard Nob
Daemon Prince of Khorne - Wings, Armour, 2 Greater, 1 Lesser
10 Bloodletters
