I'm trying to make my Iron Hands competitive but haven't played in a while. It goes against the meta but here is my list. Any criticism or advice is welcome.

On the Tac Squads...instead, give them all Flamer and Combi Flamers, No Power Weapons either.

Welcome to Medusa! While your list feels fluffy, it's not very optimized.

Some quick thoughts:

HQ
Master of the Forge, bike, 110
Techmarine (in tac squad), 50

The MoF isn't bringing much to this list. Iron Hands benefit from being able to bring SmashX. That is, a captain or CM on a bike with either Shield Eternal or Gorgon's Chain. This results in a Thunder Hammer wielding, 2+ artificer save, 3++, Eternal Warrior, 5, 4, or even 3+ FNP warlord who absolutely murders anything he touches and is virtually impossible to kill. Consider this.

Grav Guns don't pair well with tactical marines, you simply move too much. Leave them for bikers. I tried running a very similar list with Razorback spam at one point, but it simply isn't an effective build. Consider swapping two to rhinos, running 2x 10 man squads and then a scout sniper squad. This should free up a good number of points for you to do some more fun things with. That would also give you more scoring units. With combat squads, you'd have 5 using 2 10 mans and a scout squad. They'd also be just about as durable as your Razorback marines are right now.

I run mine with Skyhammer Missile Launchers, but the TL Lascannon option is a good one. Stick with this.

Vindicator, 125

Predator, 3 lascannons, 140

This is a tough one. Vindicators need to be run in pairs, and I like them. Predators are okay - consider an Iron Clad with dual heavy flamers in a drop pod if you go with the above suggestions. If you use the Raukaan supplement, which you should consider, you can take them as HS w/o a MoTF. It's an awesome unit and causes some serious backfield panic. I LIKE my tri-las predator, but it's not the best thing in the game and other units might do the job better, and your list has no shortage of las cannons.

Why no power weapon? Against dedicated assault units they are no use but against hordes, maul is very good, against NEW with no power weapon it's a useful edge using the sword or axe. And the axe might get lucky and bring down a terminator.

Power Weapons won't do any good. Yes maybe you'll kill a few gaunts, but you will very rarely make your points back, as Space Marines, while not bad in assault, are not good in assault. All the things that will assault 6 man tactical squad will murder it.
