Tyrant goes with crones to take opponent backfield while Genestealers disrupt enemy units. Mawloc is a psychological deterrent to prevent enemies from managing deployment strictly in relation to Genestealers. Carnifexes put a clock on the enemy and forces them to either deal early or face punishment once they reach front lines. Warriors stay on the periphery picking off what targets they can and taking midfield objectives once opponent is weakened.
Things I'm considering changing:
Dropping the devourers on the Carnifexes. It would reduce flexibility but play better into their use as a living wall that runs every turn until they get into combat. It would also mitigate damage from their IB if they should fail. That would save 120 points.
I'm also considering dropping the wings from the Hive Tyrant. If I did, I would walk her with the Carnifexes. It would bring my saved points up to 155.

Take a Venomthrope, they are absolutely crucial in a Tyranid army, with the 3+ cover saves, run the Warriors close to the Venomthrope. And maybe get a horde of 30 naked gaunts, just for drawing fire. Basically, take some venmthropes, if you take 2, then you could put 1 with a Warrior squad and a carnifex brood on one of the flanks, and the same on the other side, surround it with the Warriors and Carnifexes. Just saying, take a Venomthrope, they make a big change, with them you might actually be able to reach CC. I like the idea of inflitrating Genestealers, I do that myself, and they always draw fire, though, you want them to survive atleast 2 rounds, well long enough for you to get firstblood, not the other way around. Watch out for the Warriors, since they aren't as good as in 5th ed. They die faster, therefore, my biggest advice would be Venomthrope. If you do take Venpmthrope, then don't worry about the Carnifexes, they will reach CC.
Hope this was useful

There are two main approaches to Tyranids; fast & slow.
Your list has a little of each.
Fast
Flyrant, Genestealers, Crones, Mawloc
Slow
Warriors, Cfexes
This may be because of the models you have, but I think you should more heavily favor one or the other.
If you Go fast, drop the Fexes, and reduce the warriors down to a min squad, and give them a barbed strangler. Add more flyrants, Gargoyles, Shrikes, Raveners, Biovores, Mawlocs, Bastion + Comms relay, possibly a Min squad of Gaunts (to sit in the bastion, and score backfield objective). You could do a large squad of outflanking devilgaunts (with some spinefist as ablative wounds)
if you go slow, drop the Mawloc for an Exocrine. Give your CFexes Adrenals. Add a venom squad. Consider dropping your Crones for Harpies or more Cfexes. You could drop the wings on you Tyrant, but if so give him 2 Tyrant guard. Consider adding a barbed strangler to your warriors. Consider dropping 1 or both Genestealers. Consider adding zoanthropes. I've been playing with the idea of a Tyranid Prime warlord for slow 'nids, but haven't tested it yet. In a slow nids list, a min squad of Genesteelers works ok to hold a backfield objective.

If you drop the Dakka off the Fexes I'd recommend Adrenal glands for them, the faster you make them, the more pressure on the enemy...

So, I definitely agree on the fast vs. slow approach. My reasoning for having a few mixed elements was more to use them as a disruption. You can't just ignore Genestealers in the backfield, and the Mawloc makes deployment tricky.
In reality, looking at the list, the Hive Crones are the element that lack the most synergy with the rest of the list, particularly if I drop the wings off the Tyrant. Perhaps the Warriors as well, though I can't help but love those guys. The rest of the squads fit well with the idea of distraction units that can't be ignored and monsters that are charging ever closer that also can't be ignored. I wonder if it would make more sense to drop the crones to add a few more units of Genestealers backfield along with a Venomthrope or two. Would that list be worth looking at? If so, I'll try and spin something up.
Overall, I think the biggest strength of the new codex is the ability to add cheap distraction units right in the opponent backfield. I'd like to try to capitalize on that, if possible.

Im kinda new to nids myself, so i dont know if your list is good or not.
But with 10 spare points you could invest in a tail biomorph for your mawloc.
