Hi guys,
I've recently moved from Necrons to Eldar and I'd like some advice on this prospective list.
HQ - Jetseer + Singing Spear (120)
HQ - 2 Warlocks - 1 with bike and 1 on foot (85)
TROOPS - 20 Guardians + 2 Starcannons (220)
TROOPS - 9 Jetbikes + 3 Shuriken Cannons (183)
TROOPS - 10 Dire Avengers + Exarch, Power Weapon & Shimmershield (285)
TRANSPORT - Wave Serpent + Bright Lance + Shuriken Cannon + Holofields
ELITES - 7 Fire Dragons + Exarch, Firepike & Fast Shot (334)
TRANSPORT - Wave Serpent + Bright Lance + Shuriken Cannon + Holofields
FAST ATTACK - 9 Warp Spiders + Exarch + Rifle + Fast Shot (206)
HEAVY SUPPORT - Fire Prism + Holofields + Ghostwalk Matrix (155)
HEAVY SUPPORT - 5 Dark Reapers + Exarch + Fast Shot + EML with Flakk Missiles (200)

I'd split your jetbikes, 1 x6 unit and 1 x3 unit.
I'd drop down to five dragons and lose the exarch...lose their boat's cannon, their transport needs to be focused on delivery more than damage...i personally enjoy star engines or vectored engines for them.
I'd lose the ghostwalk matrix...it's not really that grand on anything but a nightspinner.
Reapers will depend solely on your meta...but I would not insert them as your answer to flyers. (A hunter would be much better)
Scatter lasers are optimal on serpents overall, but lances are probably the next best option.
I'd get a bike for your second warlock...if need be he can still stick with the guardian blob...while on a bike...but at least you have options.
Guardian Blob...this is where I would put your lances...not on serpents.

I think you're right on the Dragons, it's probably more cost efficient to have a smaller squad as vanilla.
Is the reasoning behind splitting the bikes to gain another scoring unit? I'll look at doing that.
The reason behind not having my lances in the Guardian blob is purely to keep my anti-infantry able to maximise their utility. If I fire at a vehicle at don't destroy it, the other 18 members of the unit have wasted their round of shooting.
I'll look at putting my second Lock on a bike too.

I get that...but to be fair...even with a starcannon...your pseudo12" range guns won't be firing most of the time anyways...and it's good to have a bit of overlap...as to not put all your eggs in one basket. For pure infantry I would infact take the starcannon or generic shuriken cannons.
If you're good with allying, I've been having much greater success with DE Warrior Mobs rather than Guardians. The poison, oh the poison.

Yours guardians have a 12" range... Most of the time they have nothing to shoot at anyway, so put lances there, also a MotLG on the jetseer is a great idea for a 2+ rerollable cover save.
Something else is the Reapers, taking anything other then a normal reaper launcher with starshot missiles and fast shot is a waste, maybe take a bastion put reapers in it, and exarch and intercept with lascannon shooting twice (fast shot).
Last thing is the Walkers, SL and BL are mixed roles, while some times it doesn't matter most of the time duel SL or BL is much more effective.

Yes, OP my advise would be this. Drop dragons down to 5 man. They will kill a tank with or without the needless points upgrades.
Wave serpents need scatter lasers. Unload the sheild for 7 tl s 6 shots and d6+1 s 7 shots all tl.
Reapers should not have flakk missiles. such a waste.
