Interesting list. Remember you have to put VotLW on all your models according to the Supplement rules.

5 Chainfists seems like overkill. If they were in a Land Raider that would make more sense, but in this case they probably Deep Strike in and then stand there and get shot. Combi-Meltas would help make them effective on the turn they drop.

VoTLW is already in I just didn't list it as an upgrade because it is compulsary. I.could drop the termies and make the termie lord a different lord. I also forgot to say I have and autocannon pred with heavy bolters

I just do not understand y cypher formation doesnt allow chosen to be troops in black legion. Having cypher allows you to have 3 squads of infiltrating chosen. If you pay tge votlw tax then those chosen that cypher infiltrate should score. Cypher is what i would recommend.

Also why would you use less bodies with termi? Instead of termi, get more cultists or even regular csm. The chosen are already expensive.

GW site says cypher has no rules and also this is a list that is about a sons of horus warband desperately wanting to be accepted back into the imperium.
