The minimum unit size? That's in your codex
The least you should play? You might want to get a fair few to have the wounds and number of attacks

Minimum 1 per FA choice. Maximum is 6 per FA choice.
Edit: 3 come in a box, so take all 3. They're good units.

Just thinking as im looking to create a 750 point list with a friend using what we have so far. Only hq i have currently is a dlord but i dont wana go spending lots of points on wraiths. But then i thought. a dlord cant have phase shifter but.. can have 1 wraith with him who has an 3+ invun and thats only 35 points...

Actually they can, IC can't join units that always consist of a single model. A Canoptek Wraith unit does not always consist of a single model, so a Destroyer Lord can join them.
