No idea on when FW are doing the official version, but Kabuki models has a pretty nice stand-in that's only around £21, here:
http://www.kabukimodels.com/en/knights-of-legend/71-millennium-knight.html
They've not got many in stock, though, so I'd be quick.
Hope that helps.

Rumors are Ultramarines won't be in the HH supplement books til the final one, book 6, so you're looking at like 2 years away or so.
Confirmed next book will be Raven Guard, Imperial Fists, Alpha Legion and Iron Warriors. Book 4 is supposedly going to be about the burning of Prospero (Wolves and Thousand Sons) and is supposed to have rules for the Adeptus Custodes and Sisters of Silence. Book 5 will be about the two Angels chapters, and have 30k daemons as well as the Dark Mechanicum. Book 6 is supposed to round up the stragglers in the Ultramarines and White Scars and will likely contain lots of additional rules for all the legions previously discussed.

Not entirely sure there anything there to sue for. Its naming doesnt infringe on anythign GW, its looking quite original as in not directly copied from GW, and doesnt include anything that GW can actually copyright from a quick glance over.
Dont think GW's lawyers would stand a chance on that one.
They couldve called him a Space Marine Knight and still not breached any copyrights - the term Space Marine is not copyrightable as its really very generic and has been used long before GW claimed ownership to it. Infact a large portion of what GW lays claim to is not copyrightable. And upon trying to exercise these copyrights they will be laughed out of court

Exactly.
If you can list all the things that are very similar to GW's Roboute, or show any instances where it might cause a customer to become confused between this model and the GW version, then you'd have a case.
You can't, of course, because GW doesn't make one. This is something they have learned from the CHS, hence we no longer get unit rules without supporting models, but the horse has already bolted in many cases, such as this one.
In fact, in a legal sense, GW will have to be very careful with what they do for their own sculpts, unless Kabuki feel disposed to turn the tables on them.

Hmm looks good as I never play 40k there would be no issues with rules etc just want to paint him, on another note how much larger than a standard marine is a primarch? Would inquisitor scale be about right or too big

Fair point, I guess. I think, though, that the gladius, power fist and toga-style sash makes him look Ultramarine, and he fits very well into the Legion's greco-roman look. Their actual not-Lion is far more overly DA, with Lion and Angel markings all over him. Lion Gulliman In terms of Scaling, it depends on the Primarch. I don't have exact figures, but Inq (54mm) scale would probably be too big. Looking at the FW line and these, I can see them standing between 35-50 mm depending on actual size and build. Leman, Magnus and Horus will be towards the top of the scale, and I imagine Lion, Lorgar and Fulgrim are a little smaller. (I may be wrong on that, though)

The FW Primarchs, except Angron possibly, have all been noticeably larger than a standard infantry figure by ~30-40%
The Kabuki models are on Terminator sized bases, so are a good but smaller.
My Gothic Knight (Corax) is pretty much a normal size for 40K, but I have heard that the scale does vary a bit across the range.

This is the model I own as Roboute Guilliman: To get one, email kristijansilver@hotmail.de He sculpted it, owns the mold, and will sell it to you (not cheaply). He also sculpted this super-awesome Emperor model, which I also bought off him: Roboute comes with weapon options (he can wield either a sword or a second power-fist with bolter attached, or a bolter in one hand). The Emperor model comes with no additional parts though, just what you see there. When I contacted him last year, he said the molds were in bad shape. Good luck, I hope he still has one for ya!

You've got no hope of FW stopping at six books, they'll still have the siege of Terra.

I got that information off some rumor post on one of the bigger 40k rumor sites and the guy saying that had been discussing the HH stuff directly with the guys involved at one of the Forgeworld Open events, so I mean they could do a ton of extra stuff. Just saying what the rumors are.
@Soitra: The primarchs are all either Bulky or Very Bulky in the rules, and are noticeably larger than terminators. I am not sure the Inquisitor scale would fit exactly but I doubt it's far off.

They said when they first started the HH that they were planning on doing demonic Primarchs which will require Terra for a some of them and they said they'd be doing the Emperor.
