Is this a good kill team?

Kill team 1:

Nub on warbike - leader 35

8 boyz w/ shootas - 48 (3 specialist)
1 trukk w/ big shoota 35

10 gretchin - 30
1 Ork Runtherd w/ grabba stick, slugga and hound -10
1 Trukk w/ big shoota 35

or

Kill team 2:

10 boyz (1 leader 1 specialst)
1 trukk

10 boyz (2 specialist)
1 trukk

or

Kill Team 3:

1 nub on warbike - leader. 35p

2warbike - specialist. 50p

1 runtherds specialist 10p

30 gretchins 90p. Total 185p

or

Kill team 4:

50 gretchin - (specialist)
1 runtherd - leader

Your first list is not possible. You can't have a single Nob on a warbike.

Do trukks armor equal to 33?

Warbikes and shootaboyz are doing fine. I've tried grots - all they can do is just sit in cover.

yep, will probably work. I'd add a bigshoota and a ram you don't want to get your only trukk stuck in the woods. Probably, a big choppa for nob or just extra boyz
