BL/C:CSM (1850)
HQ: Daemon Prince (Daemon of Nurgle, Wings, Lvl3, The Last Memory of Yuranthos, Spineshiver Blade, Spell Familiar) - 340
HQ: Chaos Lord (Mark of Nurgle, Bike, Sigil of Corruprtion, Lightning Claw, Powerfist,, Veterans of the Long War, Blight Grenades) - 175
HQ: Be'Lakor - 350
Troop: 3x 10 Cultists - 150
Troop: 5 Plague Marines (Flamer, Plasma Gun) - 140
FA: 5 Spawn (Mark of Nurgle) - 180
HS: 3x Maulerfiend (Magna Cutters) - 375
HS: 2 Obliterators - 140

This list packs a punch. Be'Lakor is going to make either the DP or the spawnstar invisible each turn. Those Maulerfirnds will be trying to get into cc by turn two. The Oblits will DS in or just walk up the table if it is the better option.

Have you included VotLW on all of your Black Legion units? It's hard to tell what is what in this list.

In the embrace of great Chaos, I am no longer afraid, for with its power and favor, I shall become the embodiment of that which I once most feared.....Death

Chaos Space Marines: W50, L23, D17
Warriors of Chaos: W15, L2, D0
CSM 6th Edition: W19, L6, D3
CSM 7th Edition: W17, L2, D2
Kill Team: W2, L0, D0

You have good redundancy. You have 2 FMCs, 3 maulerfiends, and 3 squads of cultists. All of your aggressive units are properly redundant.

Make sure you split your two obliterators into separate squads and space them out. If you were taking more of them I would suggest deep striking them, but two will just die, especially without marks. Use their range to keep them alive.

If you take Cultists as troops there is no VotlW needed. All my Legion entries have no VotlW available ...
NoYes the Oblterators will not be in seperate squads.

Only if they are part of the Black Legion detachment which they don't appear to be in this case.

By the 37 keys of Tzeentch,We open the way for our brothers,
By the 1000 whispers of Slaanesh we call to them,
By the 12 plagues of Nurgle we fell their enemies,
And by the mighty axe of Khorne we cut open the world for them!

Although I would like to split up the Oblits I cannot field 5 HS, lol. So they are not BL.
