It came with orks and space marines, does any one know the name, and what Orks it came with?

Alright, I plan to buy them off my bro for cheap, so I need to know what unit is what. The warboss is clear on what he is, he's the badass with the claw. The Nobz are the big ones with the axes, I assume? The boys are the small, runty ones? Deffkoptas are the Deffkoptas, they are pretty easy to tell. Also, canonically, what warband where these Orks? Bad moonz?

Yeah, that's the right identification of units. The Orks are Goffs in the story around the box game and on the box art/promotional materials, but there's no iconography on them so you can do whatever.

In that case, I'll go with the Bad moons, because I cant not have them be Red Yellow or Blue, and red looks coolest. Plus they go fasta.
Edit: I mean Red sunz.
Is there a rule for that?

Evil suns, not red suns.

And all of the pertinent rules can be found in your ork codex. If you don't have one, then I'd recommend getting one. Dakka is not a substitute for a codex.

Your one-stop website for batreps, articles, and assorted goodies about the men of Folera: Foleran First Imperial Archives. Read Dakka's favorite narrative battle report series The Hand of the King. Also, check out my commission work, and my terrain.

Abstract Principles of 40k: Why game imbalance and list tailoring is good, and why tournaments are an absurd farce.

Read "The Geomides Affair", now on sale! No bolter porn. Not another inquisitor story. A book written by a dakkanought for dakkanoughts!

Dont have an Ork codex, as right now they're only being painted by me, not played. I however want to give who ever does play them the best experience. Eventually I'll be playing them though.

Ah, in that case it's the responsibility of the client to know what they want. If you're just there to paint the minis, then what those minis are or how strong they are aren't all that terribly relevant.

Well, its for my brother who got them in the Starter set, so he hasnt really payed much attention to them. He doesnt really care how they turn out, just wants them painted.

Shootas and sluggas aren't the same, and AoBR gave you sluggas.
