I'm looking to make an ork army, but am not used to using a codex, and often mess up when trying to make an army list from it. What I normally use is this http://www.warpshadow.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=17539 but its Nids only. Does anything like it exist for orks?

Army builder works a treat, if you have a smart phone I would recommend quartermaster. There are files you can install to make it run for 40k and list build when outside the house as well.
Army builder updates constantly with new information and just tells you when to update but it is 45$ to buy the initial package and now it is set up that your sub will never run out and will always update for you.

I second BattleScribe... I use it both on my phone and computer. I find the printouts much more useful that AB... and it is free.

Battlescribe works well enough ,would be nice if it told you the benifits of the wargear and such
That said, does this look right for the AoBR orks?
Warboss:
Cybork body (Why are two cybork bodys listed, on normal, one "Grotsnik"?)
Power Klaw
'Evey Armor
Nobs 4:
Sluggas and choppas
Boyz 20: Sluggas and choppas
Deffkoptas (This is where I got confused.):
Choppas and Rokkits

The information in the data file is up to the person who wrote the data file... it is a system that protects everyone from costly letters from certain British Companies that claim to be model companies.
On the Warboss, I'd add a twin-linked shoota, boss pole, and heavy armor.
As for Grotsnik, one of his special rules allows you to take cybork bodies on all units... even those that can't normally take them... at a cheaper cost.
Yep... the Deffkoptas in AoBR have rockets.

How would I represent Twin linked Shoota and boss poll with only AoBR bits? Also, hes got 'Eavy armor.

Sorry to the owner of this image of an awesomely painted Warboss... but it isn't converted in any way.
So the pieces are all there. Powerklaw, Twin-linked shoota, boss pole, heavy armor on the shoulders, and you can definitely run him with a cybork body if you want too.

I like excel spreadsheets. @ Anpu: I would allow someone to call that warboss' gun either a shoota or a twin-linked shoota. He's got another gun on his backpack that you could call a slugga I guess. Otherwise, I agree with your wargear description.

Gave him a boss pole and a twin linked, sure that will help his fighting.

Just a hint you are way better of using the 5p on a kombi skorcha rather than a TL shoota.
