I second this.
Yeah but the first list (with a few tweaks) is much scarier to Tau and Eldar. Seeing as these are some of the toughest nuts to crack, it seems wise to me to invest some thought into a list similar to what he has.

OP: I run something similar, but rather than the prince I take a diet Screamerstar: 2 Tz'eralds and 7 Screamers. This unit totes around the grim and portal and provides some respectable dakka.
Goes something like this:
Fatey: 300
Tz'erald: 175
ML3, Disc, Exalted Locus (+1S Psychic Shooting), Exalted Rewarded
Tz'erald: 150
ML3, Disc, Exalted Rewarded
Kh'erald: 130
Juggernaut, Greater Locus (+2A on Charge), Lesser Reward
10 Horrors: 90
10 Horrors:90
7 Screamers
10 Hounds
13 Hounds
If you have 1st turn, both unit of Hounds scout forward with grimoire and Kh'erald going into the big squad. Now here's the beauty of it: the enemy is forced to focus down your super killy unit of dogs with the herald (and trust me it's tough to take out 26 3++ wounds) Once they do this you are free to join the Herald to the other unit and go to town. Screamers run around doing their screamer thing, you're heralds throw prescience like candy and will generally put out 5-6
D6 of S6 dakka every turn and Fatey vector strikes and shoots.
