Nice, those are amazing ! I'll send you my e-mail by PM if you've got anything else you'd want to send me. Just a question though. Is the hive guard this version or is it this one , and are they really different if someone know both ? Cause they look very similar, but they're definitely different miniatures. Did the carapace change with the new version ? Or is it just a slithgly different remake ?

I can't see the second link, but the Hive Guard is the first one - Impaler Cannon.
Do you still need Tyrant Guard? I have one here but it's the old version. As my camera is sitting on my desk and the Guard is on Hivefleet jr's desk, four feet away, I might just saunter over. We've just bought a Mawloc head so could get you a pic in a week or so if necessary.
Edit: sent you a couple more pics of what's sitting nearby. I realise now the Tyrant Guard's useless, c'est la vie, or should that be c'est la built-in-obselescence.
It was the old Hive Guard; there is a slight difference I'm afraid; the gun has a kind of stock on the new version.

The second link is the version of the hive guard that GW is selling at the moment, and it looks slightly different. Probably not enough to bother though. And the Hive Guard, if you're talking about this one :

The pictures of the Hive Guard posted, are the finecast (older) version, not the new plastic kits. It's is difficult to tell from above, however, the shadow in the first pic is a give away.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

Oh god, those are SO GOOD. The quality of the pictures is just amazing (and as a bonus, the paintjob is perfect, even the color scheme matches). Well, I've got what I need for the Mawloc / Trygon and Swarmlord that's for SURE. Thanks a LOT for those, really.

Hey guys,
Thanks to PrinceRaven, Hivefleet Oblivion and Arson Fire here's the Trygon with Toxinspike done, I'm pretty happy with the result considering it's a very vertical miniature, and it's not really meant to be looked at from above. What do you guys think ? Is it easy enough to recognize ? Assuming you already know what the actual miniature looks like.

I don't know, I'm not actually the one updating the mod. I just send them the sprites, and they update the mod whenever they have time I guess. Though if you want to use them you could always take a look at the project I'm working on right now, an alternative to vassal using the Roll20 engine, entirely browser based. https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/664857/warhammer-40k-community-tabletop-wargame-in-roll20#post-664857

Updated Trygon Color (it was completely off, came out pink-ish for some reason), and tail biomorphs done :    Expect the Mawloc and Trygon Prime soon, as well as the Shock Cannon for the Hive Guard !

As you can see from the front view, he is missing the lower two talons on his left (though one cannot be seen from the top view). That is why I included the front and side view.

And here we go, my take on the Red Terror, thanks a lot to Happyjew for the pictures :  It's not entirely like the original, I made some changes to it to make it look better, and I'm pretty happy with the result. It doesn't look as 'old'

I've never liked the Red Terrors model very much. But your take on it looks pretty good.
Maybe because it's less obvious how skinny the thing is. I think that's what bugs me the most about the model.
