Primarch: Veris Sientia (Veris the Wise)

It is cold, perma frost has long since settled upon the rows of arcane machinery that line the chamber, scientists, if they can truly be called that, work miracles alongside their machines. With deliberate movements these shrouded souls work to bring the unthinkable into existence, gods made flesh, designed to represent facets of their Lords soul, the Scientists of the Primarch Project toil night and day under the watchful gaze of the Emperor. With a start, I tear myself from my silent revere, shaking my head, I, Verritaz, approach the twenty gestation pods of the Primarchs, I examine each pod alongside it's contents, you can feel the potential in the air, the hum of the generators can not mask the potent energies being poured into the occupants of each tank. I, II, III, IV, I pass each of the Primarchs in turn, like unto their father, I gently place a hand on their pods, each taller by a head than myself, each pulsing in time with the flare of this chambers powerful Geller fields. The Inspection process is paramount to the success of the Primarch project, each pod must be perfect, shaped by its occupants just as we shaped the occupants themselves, their souls tap into the most fundemental truths of this universe, each must be prepared for what their Father has prepared for them. With each revolution around the pods, they begin to stir, aware of my familiar presence, they turn their attention to me, as I inspect them, as I judge them, so too am I inspected, judged by the greatest beings destined to walk amongst humanity and I am humbled. A soft knocking silences my footfalls, the pod before me hums in expectation, its occupant revels in my presence and desires my attention. The pod marked II acknowledges my presence, this, this is what I have strove to create, as head of the II pods development, I am the one who oversaw the creation of this child, I am the one who wove him into being, I, Verritaz, utilized the sciences of the Dark Age of technology, I, Verritaz, the perpetual, shaped this child and I, Verritaz, shall save this child from the fate I have cursed it, a fate where he is silenced before achieving his destiny. I, Verritaz, shall rewrite the pages of history, shall undo the damage already done by the Great Destroyer, I will save this childs life, yet unborn, yet unknown, he too shall be praised on countless planets, he too shall be recognized by his father. He will turn against him, for he was made to, crafted of the Emperors own spiritual wisdom, his love of humanity shall break the bonds of this Nascent Imperium, it will bring damnation to him and his Legion, but he will know, that I, Verritaz, altered his fate, moved the Gods themselves to grant him this chance. The amniotic fluid of his gestation pod stirred as it's occupant shuddered, I find myself before the central Cogitator of the Gellar Fields protecting this chamber, as well as its occupants, I pray. I pray to that which doesn't exist, what our Empire has strove to destroy. My hand rhythmically taps out a code known by only two beings, myself and the Emperor, the Emergency Release entry built into the Cogitator, the Cogitator blips in response to the completion of the code, my hand hovers over one word: Execute. I find no answers, I hear no response, Hope pushed me this far, as such hope will see him through.

*The Burden of Truth: Sons of Truth units with this special rule have the Slow and Purposeful Special rule and may replace their Bolters, Combat Blades or Chainswords with Power Swords for no additional cost
No, no other Legion rule gives out free weapons like this, make it +5pts and you might have something there, and even then only Characters may take it.

*The Burden of Wisdom: Sons of Truth units with this special rule ignore negative modifiers to their Leadership and must always accept challanges, if there is no independent Character in the unit then the most expensive model in the unit accepts the challenge.
*The Calm Before the Storm: Sons of Truth units with this special rule may choose to forego their Shooting or Assault phase to count their weapons as Twin-Linked( If already twin linked this special rule has no effect) in the following Shooting or Assault phase.
How does this work then? How can my weapons be Twin-Linked if I've already given my my shooting phase?

Legion Specific Units and Wargear:

Resonant Power Sword: A Resonant Power Sword is treated as a Force weapon when wielded by a Psyker and may be taken in the place of a normal force weapon. In the first phase of combat in which a Sons of Truth unit charged, a Resonant Power Sword increases its Str and Ap by +1. Any model equipped with a Power Sword may replace their Power Sword with a Resonant Power Sword for +10 Points Per Model

Str:+1/+2 AP:2/3 Melee, Master Crafted

Far too cheap. 20pts would be adequate.

The Bearers of Truth and Wisdom:

3 Bearers of Truth and Wisdom (250 Points)

Up to Seven Additional Bearers of Truth and Wisdom (50 Points each)

3 Members are 250pts. I know maths isn't my strongest point but doesn't 3x50pts make 150? What's this extra 100pts for?

* Any unit with the Legiones Astartes (Sons of Truth) special rule gains d3 attacks when in a combat involving one or more challenges
* If Veris is in a challenge with another Primarch, the winner of the challenge wins the game.

I have never seen such a broken rule. Let's say I get in a challenge with another Primarch, most if not all cost more than this guy. I get an extra D6 atacks, I can only take one wound per turn because of the asinine rule below, so I'm probably going to win the challenge thanks to a S10 Ap1 weapon that re-rolls Invulnerable saves, and if I simply win the challenge, I win the game. I don't know what you were smoking when you thought it was a good idea but I'd like to try it.

Wargear:

The Mantle of Wisdom: 2+ armor save

Veris Sientia may only suffer one wound during each round of combat during a challenge.

The Blade of Woe:

Str 10 AP 1 Melee, Master Crafted, Successful Invulnerable saves caused by this weapon must be re-rolled,

As it stands, there's no price that would match that models powers.

Winning the challenge = winning the game is so broken, no points cost is appropriate, especially with only taking one wounds per round, having a S10 melee weapon (negating his poor statline entirely) and all the extra attacks.

So, OP, Primarch needs to go back to drawing board, the free power weapons everywhere needs to be re-done, and the calm before the storm needs to be re-worked so it makes a little more sense. Why wouldn't I give up my assault phase to twin-link my weapons before, if I knew I wasn't going to assault? So broken on support squads and heavy squads.
