Can't do that. TS are all or nothing on Gaunts.
Also why does you Tyrant Guard cost 60?

So devourers and gun upgrades are per model but not biomorphs? I'll have to go back and read that.

Warning From Magnus? Not Listening!

The raveners really don't have a lot of synergy with this list. But if these are the models you have, I would run something like this:
HQ:
Swarmlord
2 Tyrant Guard
Elite:
Venomthrope
Troops:
20 Terms
20 Terms
Fast:
5 Raveners with 5 deathspitters
Heavy:
Tyrannofex with Rupture cannon
The raveners have deathspitters so that they can shoot when they DS in. The venomthrope will provide cover for the Swarmlord and the 20 terms (and can be easily converted/proxied from a zoanthrope). The second guard and the additional raveners come from dropped upgrades. For a 1000 point game, this will give you a nice mini-deathstar with the Swarmlord, 2 large groups of objective grabbing troops, an anit-tank shooter, and +2 to cover for your entire army.

I've never seriously considered deep striking Raveners. They are beasts, and can move fairly quickly. Deep striking can be unreliable in a way that moving 12 + D6 a turn isn't. That being said, if you are going to deep strike them, I think it would be much more points efficient to give them Spinefists. You get 1 extra shot plus Twin Linking for giving up 6" of range and 2 Strength. You will hit twice as often, but only wound one half as often against T4. You've got better overwatch, and you save 7 points per model.
If you do want to deep strike something, Shrikes are better. A Shrike with a Deathspitter is 35 points, synapse and fearless. A Ravener with a Deathspitter is 40 points, Leadership 6, and needs synapse.
I really don't recommend Rupture cannons ever. They are overpriced, and not very effective. TFex is BS 3 that means only 1 shot hits a turn. Targets get cover, and usually armor saves against it. It is good against vehicles, but not that good. Without AP:2 or other modifiers to your damage table rolls, it is underwhelming. A crone is better at Anti-mech than a Tfex with Rupture. A squad of 2 Zoeys is almost as good. Swarmy is going to roll Warp lance 1/2 of the time.
If you want to run a Tfex, the Torrent and the fleshborer hive can both be much more viable.
