Sorts just wanted a fluffy Shooty but with Assault Capabilities. Also wanted a Termie troops list.

Ehh... Not so well.
Divide the Terminators into 5-man groups, so that they can go in Drop Pods. Since one Wolf Guard is presumably joining the Long Fangs, you can still maintain a 20-strong number, while in Drop Pods. (Meaning 4 Heavy weapons.)
The Rune Priest should roll on Divination, not take Jaws. Prescience is better unless he's in a Drop Pod and can get all lined up properly.
Lastly, Wolf Guard are best with some special guys thrown in. Combi-Plasma, Melta, or Flamer are all great choices.(Soften up targets before charging, pop tanks, and anti-horde. Durr.) A chainfist here or there is important too. What Power Weapons did you plan on giving them all?

This basically, though i'd recommend cyclone missiles over assault cannon. I run a similar list at 2K with pods.

Would it be better to split them into 5 man squads and Deep Strike them in. so have 4 units of 5x Terminator Wolf Guard with 1 Heavy Weapon each. CMC, HF, 2x AC.

You have to pod them. SW can't deep strike without pod.

Yeah it's a real bummer. I wish my wolves could deep strike. Its a small sentence written in. Its a rule based in fluff. Wolves fight on their feet. Can't remember where and I don't have my codex on me.

Is that better? The only thing I cant figure out is where to put Logan.

Attach one Terminator with a CML to the Long Fangs. That frees up a slot in 1 Pod.
